ceo and gosling and their combo birthday/housewarming party. Never mind I tell myself I will do errands before the party--I still don't leave until 7pm. Lame.
But I saw people and they petted my hair. Politics also got discussed, and one phrase stands out (heavily paraphrased):
"There are two schools of thought in dealing with conflict. One is to take the bastards down. The other is to not get people angry so they side with the bastards. The trouble is they are both true."
A lot more gets discussed, but I cannot remember. Er, Scottish ale was good.
