So, while LJ was down, this is what I did:

1) Played video games.
2) Read Journalfen.
3) Printed out a revised proposal, product release form and cover letter for that weird Unknown Armies supplement idea. The guy who invented the school of magick that is responsible for 48% of the backstory said he'd love to see what happened, but didn't send me his product release form. I did put in that e-mail and contact information. I suspect I will be refused on the basis of that, but I was tired of waiting and just having the idea stagnate. That already is happening with the novel. Speaking of which, I must send a letter to the FBI Training Unit. I figure if I target the right department, I will have a better chance of getting an answer.
4) Mailed it, an Amazon confirmation letter for my company to match my tsunami donation and a bill.
5) Got my board.
6) Got beer and my new fixation, Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper.
7) Got socks from a gift card, got a Fable walkthrough for me and my brother (if my sister ever lets us use the XBox), hot chocolate as a late holiday present and winter beer.
8) Walked.
9) Made plans to meet up with a friend (same one I am giving hot chocolate to).

I still have to research 25 companies and see who I can do informational interviews with (despite no names with their press releases, for crying out loud) and send three letters to magazines for subscription/issue information (to see if I want to submit to them).

One lesson I learned: Maybe I run myself too hard with too many goals. Maybe one goal at a time until completion is the way.

Another lesson: I get a lot more shit done when I am not refreshing my friends' page.
