Yet another perfume review

Thick, sugared and bloated with sweetness. Dark chocolate, vanilla, buttercream, and hops with pralines, hazelnut, toffee and caramel.
Wet: A blast of cocoa with nuts, then the sharp smell of hops.
On wrists: Vanilla, nutty, but also rich with that sharp hops smell that keeps it from being too sweet.
An hour later: You know, this could be the recipe for the best cake in the world: hazelnut/vanilla layer cake with stout/coffee buttercream frosting. Or perhaps I'm on crack. Anyway, it faded into this nice nutty and creamy smell. Not sickly sweet at all, which makes me happy. Oddly enough, it made me even pickier about what I would have for dessert than ravenous. Something warm and rich. That confection had better be as good as the perfume smells, you know. It also lasted from mid-morning until late in the night, so yeah.
Looking at the forum posting: Huh, they smelled coffee, and I can see where the tang could come from that. However, I was thinking more hops. At least two people compared it to the Yankee Candle Hazelnut Coffee scent. Weird, because whenever I go into one of those stores, I smell Hazelnut Coffee first among the near riot of smells. I also must be the only one who didn't feel the urge to eat anything when I wore it. I remember feeling put out there was no complicated dessert that fit the smell.
I'll wear this: As inspiration for baking confections and going out to eat. God, it's making me want to go to Finale.
