I'm lousy at articulating economic-political views.

Particularly about how the division of personal/'company' time is becoming increasingly meaningless with the ubiquity of a broad range of communication devices.

I picked the cell phone as the nearest example.

"Well, they can always turn them off."

That seems off to me, but I cannot articulate it. Plus, if the push to privatize is successful, how much 'personal' time will be left?
Again, I am not sure how to best articulate that.

Also, it is really weird when my first thought when hearing of the death of a polarizing economist, to think "I better ask one of my housemates for his son's address so I can send him a condolence card."

Meanwhile, I just have to take out bureau drawers and mattress and I will be ready for the exterminators. Spent the day helping people get stuff into storage. I felt like I didn't do enough, but people didn't seem to agree.

I also solved the where I am putting my clothing problem two ways. One, I hung some up in plastic bags. Two, there was a pile of file cabiniets and such in the middle of the hallway. I put my bags of clothing there. It looked like some monument of modern life, or something. Wee.

Also, should I make a 'not friends-only banner' of some kind?
