taratemimaI did two things out of my comfort zone this weekend. I attended a party where I only knew my sister and my brother last night. I retired early, but heard about police breaking up the party due to a fight. I also read Fire in the Mirror while people were trying to decide where to go for breakfast.
After that, I went to Punk Rock Aerobics, something I've been meaning to do, but never got off my ass to do. While even though twenty minutes late, I did it. Sweated like hell, cramped because I didn't warm up like a dumbass, did uncoordinated movements, did my best to move, dammit, move. The fact I liked the music there helped, too. So, I'd do again.
Ran into someone I knew on the trolley back home. Now I will take a bath, burn some songs I downloaded, and type more of the novel. Tomorrow I hope to go to Games Night and an open mic. Maybe send my younger sister some of my fiction.
