Mar. 20th, 2001 11:11 pmYeah. My calves kill, which I get from powerwalking down Mass Ave in 12 minutes to catch the last train. The simple joys of the carless. :P
I did the hospital thing, then went across the Museum of Science. Whee, exhibit ticket. Stare in awe at the mathmatical exhibits. Stare in disgust at the world population. Actually make my own fish. "It's fun to find out how telephones work." Find out they have a website for job openings. Add that: apply to MIT, Museum, Akamai, Bitwise, do more Monster applications, talk to the tutor head about tutor interviews, go to that linguistics open house at MIT. Oh and get my faculty advisor about the catch 22 about funding and deadlines.
Nathan never really get back to me about going to NYC. Oh well, I cannot do it, I am going to have to work 20-30 hours anyway. I am so proud of me, staying in one seat most of the time. I know this is a strange thing to be proud of, but I have developed this restlessness, less than hyperactivity, at age 18. It's like I stopped being patient with staying still, sticking to bad jobs, etc. But I still do.
