I watch the light come over me
Sep. 3rd, 2001 09:34 pmWell, Limewire is installed on my family's computer which means I can go search for interesting MP3s. I have this policy, however. I download one song, delete it after several listings, and make a note to buy the album. The hardest part is when the album is an import.
I also went grocery shopping, so at least my brother will not whine about no food for a while. I will make brownies for my youngest sister to take to school.
Hmmm, I'd like to finish my novel. I'd like to go to Noise Party. I saw Scissorkiss Sunday, thought their acoustic set was nifty, bought the CD. I did find myself early on willing myself to be invisible, getting a beer, then chatting nicely. I talked to Amadeo--any drunker, I would have kissed him. No, no, has a girlfriend, won't do it. How will I explain my lost-distance love? I still need to call Mateusz, though I lost his cell phone.
I still need to find out how the voting was at blackglass.org, and to add more poetry.
