I spent the ride up to a job fair for some aviation company missing Arik.
Instead of going to Downtown Crossing by train, I decided to ride around in the #112 to Wellington Station, taking the scenic route through Chelsea (now that's a sentence that has never been uttered before!). I spent it trying to remember all these great song titles and what to write for them. I got one down, a few more to go. I spent it mooning over some bassist I saw Saturday, with a blood orange aura, cherry lips and grapefruit hair.
I spent the train ride to Harvard mooning over a picture of the guy who does Bright Eyes. I am out of sorts with indie rock, but I respond disgustingly well to sweet-looking guys with short hair.
And now I found the LJ of someone I had a crush on but never really approached, since he was already in a relationship.
Maybe moving to Wisconsin will put an end to it. Or maybe I will be even more unemployed there.
