I woke up from a nightmare, involving rivers of dangerous animals and mud-smeared peasants. Oddly enough, it was the uncoiling body of a snake that woke me up. Sometimes that happens, and I have to stay awake up to an hour to calm myself down. Screaming and thrashing? Only happened once.
