Yes, it is late
Oct. 21st, 2004 11:01 pmUm, I got editing to do of stories I wrote. I got a box of decent chocolates. Francesca Lia Block is making some of my characters chatty.
Best thing about last night:
Sportscaster: "The Yankees have never lost an ALS playoff."
Me: "There's a first time for everything."
Gah. I don't wanna go to work tomorrow. I used more spending money than I thought I would. I have to stick a budget very carefully, if I hope to do stuff.
My company has a branch in Los Angeles. I had thought of applying for a job there, but then I ask, why? I don't have a car or a license, I have no plans to act and I am not that much of a wanna-be name-dropper. Really. Maybe I just want the cultural equivalent of a cold splash of water.
