I did finish part 3 of the A+ certification course. One of the questions I will asking in my informational interviews is what degree would be most helpful on the job: A+ certification, technical writing certificate, Spanish translation or graduate work in natural language processing (and which subfield). I figure it will help narrow it down rather than have me waste my energy trying to do it all. Plus, I managed to start off with 25 companies to research. Then, all the companies specializing in localization and globalization (some of them dealing with technical communication), and all that.
