Mar. 27th, 2005 03:05 pmI spent my Saturday night with my mom. I was bored, and figured that wandering around while she did shopping was a good idea. You'd think I'd know by now.
See, my mom is cheap and forgetful. She will go to a store to get bargains, figure out that she should get a little something that just happens to be on sale and leave. Then she would remember that she needed to get something else and drive to some other store before it closes. And it goes on.
The only consolation is that I got my siblings ice cream and myself chai and Diet Dr Pepper.
We went to brunch and had minor drama with my uncle finding out my sister lost the car bumper (it used to be his), the dining room table coming in early (my mom swears that when that happens, 'we will have only onnnnnnnne computer. No more computer lab in the dining room!').
Now, I am spending today on the computer, wondering if I should go out or just nap.
