Jun. 12th, 2005 07:34 pmI went to the MFA with
bikergeek. It was nice, despite it being very humid.
I'm almost sorry for this vacation to end.
However, there are some folks I missed seeing through no fault of their own.
There were some places I did not get a chance to visit: Forest Hills Cementery and Museum of Science. I'll see what I can do.

Jun. 12th, 2005 08:36 pmThings I will not do:
1) Participate in a debate about Tom Cruise's remarks about Brooke Shields on the bulletin board site (same one that hosts the Oingo Boingo bulletin board). I know at least one person there swallowed Scientology propaganda. I am seriously afraid that I will start screaming about grinding Prozac into the water just to spite them. It doesn't help that some former editors of medical journals think pharmo companies have too close a relationship with medical journals. Cause, at least pharmo companies ain't slapping down lawsuits, hiring private detectives to rifle through the critics' office or making up lurid stories about them.
Want to know the lame thing I don't like about Scientology, and a lot of newage ideas? I find that 'magical wonderful being hidden under troublesome and easily removable personality traits' idea to be, well, lame. Maybe I am not making sense and I cannot articulate it well.
2) Wear a ribbon saying "Support our ribbons."
3) Stay up beyond 10pm
