This guy thinks gays should wear a warning label--don't do pink, that's just so old
Oh goody, a flag for Gilead. Mental note, using 'Judeo-Christian' and using a cross might not get the support of the 'Judeo' part of the country or a few non-'Christian' members.
Yeah, "Christers" is not the nicest of terms, I rather not use it, but understandable. The chilling effect goes beyond commercials and into newspapers.
The National Religious Broadcasters convention--why do I feel that "Invading Cities for Christ: The Thousand-Day Plan" is not just a plan for media saturation?
Sorry, after reading many scenarios of how a hypothetical Dominionist insurrection could choke the cities into submission, well, I want to figure what the fuck I can do (scroll from the point). It didn't help that this song came up on Boingo Radio somewhat later.
I managed to do one thing. Just feels like pissing in the wind. It's weird that book challenges from Christian literalists (Christianists?) pretty much determined my politics.
On another note, I got a second interview for the SF linguist job and now need to refresh syntactical theory. I also signed up to write letters for Progressive Secretary.
