(no subject)
Nov. 15th, 2005 11:07 pmThings I gotta do:
Shower
Lay out my dress for my sister's wedding
Plan grocery shopping
Call Boston Bowl to reserve a lane (I decide that if more than six want to bowl, or if no one ate dinner, we can improvise)
Look over notes for A+ certification tests. My company gets a discount on that.
Practice test. Go over parts I missed.
Total out bills and see what I can pay this pay period.
Make holiday list of stuff to get people. See, I planned to buy from friends and FOAF and I want to avoid the mail rush. Plus, if the order is going to take a while, I want to know so I can give the person an IOU as well.
Start work on that girl geek essay. I can either talk about being bad at math and programming but fascinated by what it does; the process of writing a comic book; or how I learned empathy from reading and watching S/SF as a kid.
There are some items I probably will not get. I mean, I like BPAL, but they take a long time to make even small imps. Since it is one person, I expect that. Still, I am not sure if the other person does.
(And some of you, I am not sure if there is anything I can get you that will help w/ the troubles you are going through. *sigh*)
Updates:
Eliza Corp is still conducting interviews. I wonder if it is a bad sign if the person over the phone doesn't recognized me until I introduce myself.
I worked an hour longer than I expected. I better not do that again.
I found events I am interested in throughout the week. Maybe I will go out once a week to something.
After certification, I am not sure what else to do: driving school, class for grad school or write a chapbook? Would anyone want to read poetry by me?
