Dec. 21st, 2005 09:23 pmI had thought of going to a friend's house, but I'm tired, she's tired, it's cold, and yeah.
I brought holiday music, and I don't know, there were no complaints. However, I am not sure if people really wanted Nightmare Before Christmas as party music.
Oh well, they were grateful for at least putting it on. Oh, and they were surprised that I drew. I don't draw wonderfully. Part of me doesn't like attention from people I do not see as role models. I mean, they were co-workers. OK. At least none of them know about my (lack of) social life. I rather keep those seperate.
However, I am wondering if I should do that strange ritual called networking. As far as I can figure out, it involves telling people you know you are looking for different work. Perhaps I will ask people I recently meet about that.
