Looking at both Johari and Nohari windows, I noticed some things
1) What I think is wrong with me doesn't seem to be what others think is wrong with me. A lot of the listed traits actually stem from me disliking all the other traits I see in myself.
2) I'm honestly surprised at what some of youse think are my strengths? Patient? If you knew me as a kid, I was certainly not? Organized? I learned to be, but my report cards would come back: 'Intelligent, pleasure to have in class, lacks organization skills.'
3) I feel like an jerk doing the nohari windows. I made a rule for myself: first do the johari, and use the same name I used. I rather be a jerk than a dishonest jerk.
So, the big three for both are:
glum
passive
insecure
complex
introverted
searching
I think the perceived strengths are related to the perceived flaws in some way.
