Mar. 24th, 2004 04:47 pmI want to see Life of Brian.
I had a filling redone. I was already 20 mins late and spent my money on a cab to get there. All because I waited at the wrong berth for the bus and missed three Mattapan trolleys waiting for said bus. I shook from heightened anxiety (*sarcasm* thanks medication) and the sound of the freaking drill! I have to get two fillings, two extractions and decide between partial bridges or implants. I had to leave early. Funny, I have insurance from work, which lets me go get treatment, which takes me away from work. *sigh*
I actually have a British name. Okay, modern-day lower-middle class folks might name their daughter Tara, but I know that there are actual British people with that name.
My sister is dithering on whether she wants to go to a big bookstore to get her birthday present. She lost her gift certificate to Pandemonium and still hates going on the train. Well, there goes my effort to expose her to SF/F and support independent bookstores.
