Reviewing list of things to do
Jun. 28th, 2004 08:07 pmWhat I did:
Get some help with my depression (I am seeing a therapist and taking anti-depressants, but darn it, I am find the anger underneath all that depression. I still need work on that).
Be more tolerant with and kinder to family (Yesterday, Mom told me that she appreciated the things I was doing, though she doesn't say it. I am glad. I think I can do more, but I am glad).
Finished rough demo, need to edit it. Afterwards, make copies and see if I should perform.
What I am working on:
Travel to Baltimore and Chicago, maybe Los Angeles (Maybe not Baltimore, but Chicago is looking good for this weird idea for a manga sparked by someone else's idea for a manga. I need to read the Wizard of Oz though. Yes, read. Plus, Murder in the White City).
Wrap Les Clowns de la Mort stories (Working on fourth part of fourth story, and I think I will keep it to five stories).
Wrap the novel, have some people read it, if not published (still not done, need to call for research).
Mary Sues in the Chocolate Factory. Need to re-read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
What I still need to do:
Take regular exercise classes (or at least walk regularly).
Revise comic book script, get illustrator, get a website (I will be writing a short comic script and maybe post it)
Actually do more work on this conversion thing, but first find way to tell mother and grandmother.
Read more about the rest of the world, since I am not going to be able to actually see it.
Learn some more bits of other languages.
Dance more.
