There were protocols associated with moshing, right? Don't force people in the pit, pick people up, and more importantly, give some space to people who don't want to be in the pit?

Or was I hallucinating wildly during my all-ages show days? Plus, injuries + property damage + scared venue owners = fewer all ages shows. God knows how hard to find they were back in my day.
