Thanks to Bridget . . .
you'll notice I either give more than one answer, or have a heavy Killing Joke influence. Take as you will.

1.) Are you male or female?:

i am the girl you know, can't look you in the eye
i am the girl you know, so sick i cannot try
and i am the one you want, can't look you in the eye
i am the girl, you know i lie, i lie and lie
I'm Miss World, somebody kill me ("Miss World")

2.) Describe your neighborhood

O’Grady is dead and O’Hanrahan’s gone.
We drink and we die and continue to drink. ("Traditional Irish Folk Song")

Trying to make dollar out of fifteen cents,
it's hard to be legit and still pay your rent. ("Keep Your Head Up")

They stare at me at all in black
and when I turn, they stare at my back. ("Leave Me Alone")

3.) How do you look?:

Wide eyed and inexperienced ("Test Pilot")

We don't follow fashion
That would be a joke ("Goody Two Shoes")

You always wore the same dress; always bore the same expression: "It's a loveless world so what's the point of looking? Let it be..." ("I Loved Her in Her Tragic Beauty")

4.) If you could say something to the person you like, what would it be?:

I walk across the rooftops,
over Saint Stephen's bells
over lights and fog,
incommunicado.
I am in love
I am in love with you. ("A Walk Across the Rooftops")

and

I miss you
But I haven't met you yet
So special
But it hasn't happened yet
You are gorgeous
But I haven't met you yet ("I Miss You")

5.) Where do you wish you were right now?

Dancing on hallow ground,
dancing Nijinski style. ("Dancing")

I'd like a party
with bowls of ice cream . . .
and if I don't get that,
I will SCREAM! ("I Want It Now")

I was tired in the lands of the west.
I had to get out
I took a map, let the pendulum swing
I wrote a note, took my prayer mat and left
On a prayer and a wing ("Pilgrimage")

6.) What would you say to your best friend?:

I wish that they'd swoop down in the country lane late at night when I'm driving
Take me onboard their beautiful ship show me the weird world as I'd love to see it
I'd tell all my friends but they'd never believe me
They'd think that I'd finally lost it completely
I'd show them the stars and the meaning of life they'd shut me away
But I'll be all right, all right ("Subterranean Homesick Alien")

Sometimes I don't thrill you,
sometimes I think I'll kill you.
Just don't let me fuck up, will you?
When I need a friend, it's still you. ("Freak Scene")

7.) Any words of wisdom:

I saw a beggar leaning on his wooden crutch
he told me "You must not ask for so much."
And a pretty woman leaning on her darkened door,
she cried out "Hey, why not ask for more? ("Bird on a Wire")

8.) Describe yourself:

I'll tune into some friendly voices
talking about stupid things.
I can't be left with my imagination. ("Dream of Sheep")

I'm a rover, and I'm bound to sail away
I'm a rover, can you love me anyway? ("Boston and Saint John's")

That's the story of my life,
sixteen, clumsy, and shy. ("Half a Person")

The pay was fine. She worked the line. She'd find her island in July and find a rock to sit on quietly humming OBEY... ("The Safe Way")

9.) What do you think of drugs and alcohol?:

Don't drink, don't smoke,
what do you do?
Subtle innuendos follow
There must be something inside
("Goody Two Shoes")

So let us pour a glass of stout,
and let our railroad shirts hang out ("Frivolous Tonight")

And commentary on one drug I am alternately fascinated by and frightened of taking . . .

I tattooed my brain all the way...
Won't you miss me?
Wouldn't you miss me at all? ("Dark Globe")

10.) What would you say to your worst enemy?

You can say what you want to say about us,
you can laugh at our courage, but take this much--
we'll see this thing through,
there's hundreds more like me and you. ("Omaha")

[The enemy, mind you, is abstract]

I'm the tosser for thinking
It was any more than it was
But you're the loser
Yes you're the loser
You think you're above god
And beyond reach ("Beyond Reach")

[this one is not]

11.) What do you usually do on Friday nights?

by day we run by night we dance, we do ("Eighties")

My headphones
They saved my life
Your tape
It lulled me to sleep
To sleep, to sleep ("Headphones")

12.) Are you for world peace?:

All across the scenes the statues crumble
We cherished the seconds, counted the days
And people move with lines across their faces
Embracing each other with a smile ("Sanity")

I ask her about her family
and loved ones in her care.
She gestures all around and whispers "Everywhere."
There is no nuclear family required anymore.
My parents are the village
and the village is the law. ("Pandemonium")

[In case you wonder, my feeling is ambilevent, but the alternative frightens me]

when the beep beep beep gas attack warning signal sounds the dead were among porcelain face of cloud of frozen gas poison jagged fragment jew iranian iraqi bombs sun the first cyanide gas warning vx nerve gas ("VX Gas Attack")

13.) What do you think about school?:

I've been filled with useless information,
spewed by papers and radio stations ("I've Been Waiting for Tomorrow (All of My Life)")

Car wash, also on sundays, no longer afraid of the dark or midday shadows
Nothing so ridiculously teenage and desperate nothing so childish
At a better pace, slower and more calculated, no chance of escape ("Fitter, Happier")

14.) How do you feel right now?:

I ain't happy,
I'm feeling glad
I got sunshine in a bag
I'm useless but
Not for long
The future is coming on ("Clint Eastwood")
