taratemimaJudging by the melancholy last night and the fogginess today, I was either dehydrated, starved, or having an allergy to tobacco.
(My brother smokes, and I slept in his room when staying over with family. On one hand, best sleep I had in a while. On the other, it was the best sleep until I woke up at 4AM confused).
I improved after eating supper and drinking water, but not entirely. So, all three?
Also, yesterday, I had a lot of cake, from both family and friends.
