taratemimaLast night, I got stuck on a shopping center shuttle (I was getting containers for all the crap I own), and listened to some inane talk show about the death of bills putting a deadline for Iraq, with all the 'OMG THEY DONT SUPPORT THE TROOPS'. Digby summarizes what cheesed me off so much. Or maybe I'm just mad because I cannot make a employment luau out of all that sweet, sweet pork.
No wonder conservatives hate the idea of a Fairness Doctrine for radio. Not everyone has fancy-schmancy satellite radio and NPR can get too mild. They can blast out their talking points to everyone in the cab, the shuttle, and any captive audience ever. I almost prefer that the driver listens to sports radio. I cannot get pissed over something I know little about, yes?
