taratemimaI am indifferent today. Yeah, not enough sleep, had a headache earlier, left work after 8 hours, slightly annoyed at some vague thing, yet still hopeful.
Odd set of emotions.
Found my copy of The Language Instinct, used in one or two intro to linguistics courses. Now as a sort of reminder of what I got my degree in. I did manage to find some pages on second language acquisition. See, Mary Sues tend to speak lots of languages, and I want to make the acquiring of multiple languages somewhat realistic in fiction. I think I will have to look up some bits about second language pedagogy.
